MILKY WAY® CAKE | |
8 oz. of MILKY WAY® bars 1 c. butter 1 c. pecans 2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. buttermilk 3/4 tsp. baking soda 4 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. vanilla Melt MILKY WAY® bars, butter, and pecans over low heat. Mix sugar, buttermilk, soda, flour, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in candy mixture. Pour into greased, floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 325 degrees. FROSTING: 2 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. canned milk 1 stick butter 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 c. marshmallow creme Cook sugar, milk, and butter to soft ball stage. Add chocolate and marshmallow creme. Beat until smooth, and cook to spreading consistency. Stir constantly to prevent scorching. Spread over cooled cake. |
