MEAT LOAF 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. hamburg
1 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. sweet pepper flakes
1 tbsp. celery flakes
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 med. can pine cone tomatoes
1 c. Bull's Eye barbecue sauce
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Louisiana hot sauce

Mix well barbecue sauce, tomatoes, tomato sauce and hot sauce; put aside. Mix together the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add 1/3 of sauce mixture to meat mixture and mix well. Form in shape you desire and place in pan.

Pour remaining sauce over meat and add a little water in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (If pan starts to dry, add water.)
