3 c. fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 tbsp. fructose

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp. fructose
