CHICKEN ALA KING 
2 c. cooked, diced chicken
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
4 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. half & half

Melt butter and saute bell pepper and mushroom. Add flour. When bubbly (don't brown), add chicken broth, pimento and half and half. Stir until mixture thickens. Add chicken. Serve over toast, noodles, biscuits. I usually double this recipe.
