BANANA WALNUT BREAD 
2/3 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter, sliced into 4 pieces
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 med. peeled, soft bananas
2 med. eggs
1 c. shelled walnuts
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. baking powder

Using Cuisinart or other food processor, put sugar, butter slices and lemon juice in bowl. Process 30 seconds. Scrape down sides. Add banana in chunks and process about 35 seconds. Add eggs and process about 15 seconds. Add the walnuts and turn machine on and off. Add flour, baking soda and baking powder; process on and off until flour just disappears. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes in a greased loaf pan. For muffins cook 20 minutes in a greased 12 muffin pan.
