PIQUANT GREEN BEANS 
3 cans whole or cut green beans, drained
4 strips bacon
2 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco

Chop and brown bacon. Reserve small amount of drippings in pan. Blend in remaining ingredients. Pour over beans. Heat through (bake or microwave). May assemble ahead and refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
