PINEAPPLE STUFFING 
1/4 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
10 slices bread, cubed (use crust)
1 (13 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Sprinkle cinnamon on top

Combine all ingredients into shallow baking pan. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes longer. Great with ham. Serves 5.
