CHEDDAR VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen California Blend, thawed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1 can French fried onion rings

In 1 quart casserole combine vegetables, soup and 1/2 cheese and 1/2 onions. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
