2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Fill measuring cup 1/2 full of Wesson oil. Add 1/4 cup milk to oil and stir. Mix into flour with fork. (Hands need not touch this dough).
Moisten counter. Put down sheet of waxed paper. Put out onto waxed paper 1/2 of ball of dough. Put on another sheet of waxed paper and roll dough between 2 sheets until you have achieved correct size. Peel off top sheet of paper. Pick up bottom sheet of paper with crust rolled and overturn it into pie pan. Peel off waxed paper. If tear occurs, just take a scrap of dough and mend the hole or tear (no water or moisture).
Prepare remaining dough in same manner. Very short pastry and tasty too. Wesson Oil Company sent me this recipe 38 years ago.
