GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 (9 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 cans tomato soup
1 sm. can Mexicorn
Grated cheese

Brown ground beef and onion in small amount of oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain out excess fat. Cook noodles in salted water and drain. Mix together beef, noodles, soup and corn. Place in oblong baking dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 375 degrees fro 30-45 minutes.
