FRENCH SALAD DRESSING FOR
SPINACH SALAD
 
1 c. safflower oil
1/3 c. white vinegar
2 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. celery powder/salt (or to taste)
3 to 4 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 to 2 bunches scallions, white part only

Mix all ingredients together in blender at high speed. Dressing will be thick. Store unused salad dressing in refrigerator.
