BLEU CHEESE VINAIGRETTE 
4 oz. Bleu cheese
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash freshly ground pepper

Use food processor metal blade, process Bleu cheese for 5 seconds. Add oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to the beaker. Process until well blended. Makes 1 1/3 cups.
