CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 tubes crescent Pillsbury rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, separated

GLAZE:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. nuts

Pinch and stretch 1 tube of dough to cover bottom of lightly greased 9x13 pan. Mix egg yolk, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar until creamy. Spread on top of dough. Use second tube of dough to cover cream cheese layer. Beat egg white until foamy and spread on top. Sprinkle with glaze. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Refrigerate.
