CANDIED SWEET POTATOES 
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
4 medium sweet potatoes
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. pancake syrup or molasses
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped pecans

You will need 1 Reynolds oven bag (small).

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place oven bag in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Add flour; twist end of oven bag and shake. Peel and cut potatoes in 1/2-inch slices. Add to bag with brown sugar, sliced butter, syrup or molasses, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and pecans. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
