CABBAGE GOURMET 
1 med. heat green cabbage, quartered, cored and sliced
1 med. onion, quartered and sliced thin
2 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
8 strips bacon, crisp and crumbled
Buttered bread crumbs

Saute cabbage and onion in the butter. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally until just tender. Put cabbage and onion in casserole. Stir in soup and bacon, then sprinkle top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes until crumbs are browned and cabbage is bubbly.
