ITALIAN BEEF 
1 roast (rolled or sirloin tip)
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper (cayenne)
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. salt
2 bay leaves
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. parsley flakes
3 c. water

Put in covered roaster in 300 degree oven for 3 1/2 hours. Cool beef and slice. Strain juices to reheat beef. Serve on buns.
