PECAN PATTIES 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. cooked brown rice
1 c. soy milk
1 tbsp. soy flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry parsley flakes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 tbsp. dry minced onion
Dash of garlic powder (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Shape into patties. Place on an oiled cookie sheet. Brush top with oil. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 30 minutes. Serve with gravy or tomato sauce.
