BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1/2-3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. catsup
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can lima beans, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can pork and beans, undrained

Brown ground beef and bacon in a large skillet, add onion and cook until tender. Pour off excess drippings. Add brown sugar, catsup, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper: mix well. Stir in beans.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 45 min. 6-8 servings.
