BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 can lima beans, drained
1 can baked beans
1 can pork and beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
1/2 lb. bacon, fried, save 3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 lg. onion, diced

Saute onion in bacon fat. Add all beans and toss with browned onion. Mix rest of ingredients, then add to bean mixture. Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake in 375 degree oven until buttly, approximately 45 minutes. Serves 8; also freezes well. Freeze uncooked beans and thaw before baking.
