1 tbsp. fennel seed
1 tbsp. dried savory
1 tbsp. dried marjoram
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. rubbed sage

Combine all ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Use to sprinkle over fish or chicken and cook as desired.
