GRANDMA'S LO-CAL STRAWBERRY PIE
CRUST
 
CRUST:

3 oz. Corn Chex cereal
4 tbsp. peanut butter
4 tsp. honey

Crush Chex cereal in blender, mix in honey and peanut butter and flatten in pan.

FILLING:

4 c. cleaned strawberries
1 pkg. vanilla sugar free pudding
1 pkg. strawberry sugar free Jello
2 c. water

Cook pudding in water until it comes to a boil, mix in Jello slowly, as it will lump if you don't sift it into the pudding as you stir. Place strawberries in crust and pour Jello pudding mixture over the berries. Chill.

TOPPING:

8 oz. Weight Watchers cream cheese, softened
4 pkgs. Equal sweetener
4 tbsp. Cool Whip

Beat together with mixer and spread over the strawberries when Jello pudding have chilled until set. (I save a small amount of crushed cereal to sprinkle over the topping.)
