GRANDPA'S PICKLES 
1 lg. jar sliced dill pickles
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
2 tbsp. whole pickling spice

Drain pickles and place in large bowl. Add sugar and vinegar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Place pickling spice in bag and add to pickle mixture. Stir occasionally for a couple hours. Then, put back in jar, placing bag of spices in center of jar.
