CREAMY MARINATED SHRIMP 
2 - 3 lb. fresh shrimp, peeled
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
0.6 oz. pkg. dry Italian dressing mix

Boil shrimp until pink. Drain. Stop cooking by placing shrimp under cold water. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and dressing mix. Pour over shrimp. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with picks or cocktail forks. Yields 12 to 16 servings.
