CHAR-BROILED MARINATED SHRIMP 
16 jumbo shrimp, 15-20/lb.
2 c. Caesar salad dressing
1 lemon
4 lettuce leaves

Split the shrimp down the belly, between the legs, leaving the shell on. Spread the shrimp open and flatten on a hard surface, being careful not to smash the shrimp. Marinate the shrimp in the Caesar dressing for at least 10 minutes.

Cook shrimp on outdoor grill or indoor char-broiler, with the shell side facing upward. When the shells begin to turn red, remove from grill and finish in oven at 350 degrees for 3-5 minutes or in microwave on high for 30 seconds, until shrimp are firm. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with lemon wedges. Serves: 4. (Prep and Cooking Time: 15 minutes)

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
