CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, deboned
1 can mushroom soup
1 can whole green chilies (optional)
1 lb. Longhorn Cheddar cheese, shredded
Nacho Dorito chips, crushed

Cook and debone chicken. Mix 1/2 soup with chips. In casserole dish, alternate layers of chicken, chili, cheese, and crushed Dorito chips and soup. Pour other 1/2 soup on top and cover with a layer of shredded cheese. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, covered.
