6 sm. beets, cook, peel and slice

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. salad dressing
2 tbsp. fresh chives or onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Mix sauce and spread over beets and heat.
