NEVER FAIL YEAST ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. butter
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
3 c. flour

Scald milk. Combine milk, sugar, salt and butter. Dissolve yeast in water. When milk mixture has cooled to lukewarm, add yeast water mixture. Add flour. Let rise 30 minutes. Make into rolls and let rise 30 minutes again. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
