POPOVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. oil

Cook meat and onion until done. Drain. Add tomato paste, oregano, 3/4 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Transfer to 9"x13"x2" baking pan. Top with pepper and cheese. Beat together eggs, milk, flour and oil until smooth. Pour over meat mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cut into wedges. (This has a slightly puffed crust.) 8 servings.
