PECAN NUT TASSIES 
DOUGH:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix dough ingredients together and mold 1" balls into tiny muffin tins. Fill half full with filling mix and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes 24 cups. Can reduce brown sugar and pecans to 3/4 cp each to reduce waste.
