MARGE'S SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Mix all ingredients. Place in 9"x13" dish and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
