PINEAPPLE FLUFF 
4 egg yolks (reserve whites)
1/2 c. sugar
Sm. can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
1 env. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/4 c. hot water
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 box vanilla wafers

Cook together 4 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and crushed pineapple until thick. Remove from heat. Dissolve gelatin in cold water then add hot water and pour into egg yolk mixture, stir and let cool.

Beat the egg whites with 1/2 cup sugar until stiff. Beat whipping cream. Fold all mixtures together and pour in a bowl lined with crushed vanilla wafers, reserve a few for the top.
