CHICKEN 'N DRESSING 
1 stewing hen, cooked or 4 c. cooked chicken
Chicken broth
1 pkg. croutons or 6 c. coarse bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or sage
3 eggs

Take meat off bones of cooked chicken, strain broth. Mix croutons, onion, celery, eggs and seasonings with broth. If not enough broth, add milk. Then add chicken pieces and stir. Pour into casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
