POTATO BAKE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

18 crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick, melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients and place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased baking dish. Combine the topping ingredients and spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
