CHICKEN CHOW MEIN 
1 chicken, broiled and de-boned
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 cans bean sprouts, drained
Salt and pepper, to taste
Cornstarch
Soy sauce

Boil chicken and remove from broth. In broth, add chopped celery and cook until tender. Add bean sprouts and simmer 15 minutes. Thicken mixture with 2 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Add chicken. Serve over rice.
