MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground veal or beef
1 lb. ground ham or turkey
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. fresh or dried onions
Green pepper (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and juice from pineapple
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can sliced pineapple

Line a greased pan or sprayed pan or baking dish with sliced pineapple. Mix and cook until boiling, raisins, vinegar, pineapple juice, sugar and mustard. Pour on top of pineapple slices.

Mix ground meats, bread crumbs, soup, onions, green pepper and eggs. Place on top of pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes. Turn pan upside down on a plate so that pineapples are top of meat mixture.
