MONKEY BREAD 
3 cans refrigerator biscuits
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
Chopped nuts, optional

Cut biscuits in half and roll in melted butter then into the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place in greased angel food cake pan. Sprinkle nuts over each layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

This recipe can also be used with frozen loaf bread. Thaw bread and let rise. After doubled in size, roll balls in butter then into sugar and cinnamon mixture. Place in greased angel food cake pan. Let rise until doubled in size. Bake as above.
