8 potatoes
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can vegetable soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup

Grease 9x13 inch pan, peel and slice potatoes and spread on bottom of pan. Brown hamburger and onion, spread on top of potatoes. Mix soups together and spread on top of potatoes and hamburger. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
