CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk 1 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate bits 2 tsp. vanilla In medium pan, combine milk and sugar. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour into a buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool. Cut into squares. Makes about 2 pounds of fudge. |
