LEMON PIE 
Prebaked crust
1/2 c. water
7 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. butter

In heavy pan, put 1 1/2 cup water, 1 1/4 cup sugar, then combine 3 egg yolks, 1/3 cup lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon butter. Add water and sugar, start to boil. Add cornstarch mixture; when starts to thicken, add egg mixture and cook until thick. Let cool and put into baked shell.
