BANANA NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 bananas, mashed to a pulp
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat together vegetable oil and sugar. Add eggs and bananas. Beat well. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture with milk and vanilla. Beat well and add chopped nuts. Bake in 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
