BANANA NUT BREAD 
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. oil (corn, canola)
1/2 c. honey
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. banana pulp
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
2 tbsp. sour cream

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Blend oil and honey. Beat in eggs. Add sifted ingredients in 3 parts with banana pulp, beating until smooth. Fold in nuts and raisins. Add sour cream. Place in greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees or until fork or toothpick comes out smooth and clean. Cool before removing from pan.
