BUTTERSCOTCH PEANUT BUTTER BARS 
1/3 c. butter
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk

Melt over low heat. Remove from heat and add: 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well and spread in greased and floured 15 x 10 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Spread topping over.

TOPPING:

Melt in double boiler 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch morsels. Remove from heat and add 3/4 cup peanut butter and 2 cups of corn flakes, crushed. Spread over cooled bars.
