CANDIED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tbsp. water
3 c. pecans (whole or half)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Scant 1/2 tsp. salt

Combine egg white and water and beat by hand with fork until foamy. Take the 3 cups of pecans and stir into foamy egg white until coated. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Pour over pecans and stir all - coated looks like wet sugar.
