1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. baking soda
4 oz. chocolate chips
2 oz. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
4 1/2 c. oatmeal
4 oz. M&M'S®

Cream together butter, eggs, white and brown sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
