PORK MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground pork
1 c. corn flake crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. dry onion flakes
2 eggs
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

GOURMET SAUCE:

1 (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. ketchup

Combine the ingredients for the meatballs and shape into 1 1/2 inch meatballs. Place meatballs in greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Heat ingredients for the sauce; pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.
