BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
Shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. frozen broccoli
Optional: cooked, shredded chicken

Prepare frozen broccoli according to directions on package, then drain. Combine broccoli with the soups and pour into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Add shredded chicken, if desired, and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Crumble French fried onions over top of casserole. Bake for 25 minutes in a 375 degree oven.
