POTATO PIE 
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
8 potatoes, sliced & boiled tender
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry bacon and onions; drain. (Keep a little bacon our for garnish.) Mix sour cream, soup, Tabasco, salt, pepper, cheese, and potatoes. Put bacon and onion on bottom of casserole and pour potatoes and sauce on top. Top with cheese and bacon. Cook for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
