POTATO CHOWDER 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. fresh mushrooms
6 tbsp. flour
3 c. water
3 c. cooked, cubed potatoes
2 c. cubed ham
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
2 c. half & half

In saucepan, melt butter. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly. Stir in water, potatoes, ham, parsley, and bouillon. Cook, stirring occasionally, until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute. Stir in half & half. Cook until heated through.
