BANANA LOAF OR MUFFINS 
2 bananas
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. soft butter
1 egg
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Mash bananas. Cream butter, sugar and egg; add bananas. Mix flour, soda, baking powder and salt; add to banana mixture with milk and vanilla. Stir in pecans.

Bake 45 minutes at 350°F.
