NANCE'S RUGGED POTATOES 
3-4 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 pkgs. dried Lipton onion soup mix
1 lg. zip lock bag

Wash potatoes and cut in chunks. Place potatoes in zip lock bag and pour oil and soup mix over and shake until coated. Pour potatoes on baking sheet and bake in oven 45 minutes at 375 degrees or until tender.
